Hacking Housing Insecurity: One Movie, Five Ideas, Infinite Conversations

Join us for a screening of the film The Public , followed by five Ted Talk-style presentations highlighting the urgency of the housing crisis, and then a campus-wide conversation on how we can act to end substandard housing locally. This event will take place in the Clifford Room, in the Seton Center at Mount St. Joseph. Lunch will be provided. The event registration is free for all MSJ students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Please come for all or for parts of the event.

  • 9:30 AM-11:30 AM- Film Screening of The Public
  • 11:30AM-12:00PM- Break/ Lunch
  • 12:00PM-2:00 PM- Ted Talk-style Presentations streamed live from the Main Branch of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County
  • 2:00PM-4:00 PM- Campus-wide dialogue on the housing crisis
